Our work begins with a comprehensive assessment, where we collaboratively outline your goals. If our fit doesn't feel optimal I'll do my best to provide appropriate referrals.
Once your goals are set we begin meeting for weekly 45-50 minute sessions. While virtual sessions are the norm, I offer limited in-person sessions as well. Flexibility is key, and together we can explore the frequency of sessions that align with your progress.
